      Pro?? Finding it hard to think . Good location of Office There are some good people in the organisation . That’s it !

      Dear “UK employee”, thanks for sharing your views. We are true believers in the freedom of expression, so you are absolutely entitled to how you feel. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t have a single positive experience in the 3 years you spent with us. We have had our share of disgruntled employees, along with the really happy and supportive ones, we’re aware that the startup way isn’t for everyone. Though honesty has never been one of our problems. Speaking of honesty, we’re really glad you liked the location of our UK office – considering we don’t have an office in the UK.

      Pros

      1> Founders have built and sold three hugely successful companies - they clearly know the drill 2> They instil the same entrepreneurial mindset in their employees that made them successful 3> Finally, as someone who left two big companies to join two different startups by same founder is likely to know more about them and the values they swear by than a fake reviewer with no courage to even list out his location

      None - have throughly enjoyed the sometime choppy but always fun ride!

      Hi, thanks for your resounding support. You have listed some very pertinent points, not just about life at a startup like Crayon, but also on the history and integrity of the people behind it.       Pros

      Extremely friendly environment, a lot of freedom

      Cons

      It's a family. But sometimes, a company NEEDS to be a company. The company is too good to its employees. So good that people exploit it. There are 5 people employed for the job of 2. There is abundant wastage of time by some, while some slave away from dusk till dawn. Also, there is a clear hierarchy. EVERYBODY knows this but management seems to conveniently overlook it.
