      1. The salary is irregular and the salary is credited in next month of between 15-20. 2. There is no job security. If the project goes from hand, the company removes the employees. 3. The company tries to target and start mental harassment so you are forced to resign the job. 4. It has worst management 5. Those all positive reviews are totally fake. their HR forcefully did this positive review from employees.

      Good for freshers. Experienced peeople stay away.

      Cons

      6 days working. Salary delays upto months. Different rules for different employees. Favouritism. Poor project management. Very low salary like they expect you to work for them for free. No paid leaves, cl or anything else. Basically no leave policy.

Indeed we have a learning and encouraging work environment for freshers, but however , we do not agree with all the above mentioned points, Providing salary on time is our company one of the highest priority. Also, the code of conduct / rules & regulations have been, and are always similar for all the employees in the organization. Also disagreeing on the Salary part, as they are always pre-decided with the concern of the both the parties before the start of employment period.
