      Pros

      None. It is the worst company to be with. There is no system and no standards. Everyday shouting at rank and file standards like in the military because their mindset is that they are still in their communist country China.

      Cons

      CRCC do not value its people as its asset. The management wanted its employees to give their life for the company, but after giving all they will never give appreciation. For non-Chinese, it is the worst working environment to be with because nobody understands you.
