      * Mid-size company with a lot of potential for growth. * No corporate culture * You can have meaningful relations with co-workers * Super friendly staff and accomodating management * Fully remote work

      * Still early days for the company, so some of the groundwork doesn't already exist.

      Top down involvement in a positive way. Take suggestions to heart and really care about the culture. Micro management is NOT an issue with Credit Suite.

      Small agile company who doesn't have clear paths up for employees.
