      Pros

      Good friends, good pay and benefits. Good location

      Cons

      promotions and client assignments are not based on performance, but who is on the "good list" for the month. Excessive micro management and hours. Very unprofessional and many unprofessional activities going on during work hours. No place to have a life outside of work.

      Pros

      Friendly co workers, good location, occasionally interesting projects.

      Cons

      No one hires a crisis communications firm because they have just made the world a better place. You'll be working for the worst of the worst, shoulder to shoulder with the worst types of people to come to Washington.
