Pros
Some really great people work there Fairly decent flexibility depending on job role
Cons
It’s the sort of place where, instead of investing in their people, they let them burnout through the culture of arbitrary deadlines and constantly shifting priorities. They care more about “productivity” than they do the happiness of their employees. There were a lot of changes in senior management during my time there. It felt like the senior management team don’t get on and they openly talk about each other behind backs in not very positive ways! They’re terrible at communication There’s a blame culture The Agile mindset is missing from above so the result is mini waterfalls, in that sense they’re very backwards They don’t really “give back” to their employees enough HR seemed to be in denial about the decline of culture / happiness
