      Pros

      Average pay and benefits and some above average colleagues.

      Cons

      Sales management plays favorites with the "good 'ol boys club" and there is no room for advancement. CONSTANT LAYOFFS! Busy work abounds with futile cold calling and crazy prep work which never produces results or seems to satisfy. Pearson ruined this company and folded two software products together so there is no longer a product fit anywhere. No leads, training, or support, only condescension and demeaning team meetings and 1:1s where you get verbally abused. Do no recommend!

      Great company, but needs some work.

      Pros

      - People are snappy, bright, and open to collaborating. - A comprehensive onboarding process that sets you off running toward the finish line with all the tools you need to be successful. - Unlimited PTO!

      Cons

      - Big, lofty ideas, goals, and vision, however, there is a lack of clarity. Employees are quick to adapt but often times left scratching their heads too. - There is not a clear promotional track. Good luck getting promoted. - Some Account Executives can be quite condescending, but most of your colleagues will be a-ok.
