This company is open arms to ideas and as projects are awarded and those involved, everyone will get rewarded for their extra efforts. As company grows, bonuses are provided accordingly. They listen to anyone's issues with clients and meet with client managers immediately to keep things moving on all projects. They listen to your suggestions or ideas.
Cons
A startup company, but their reputation and employee count is growing quickly. Growing out of current office; hope to have a new office in 2012.
