My experience after leaving the organization has been extremely disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times since 9th February regarding my Provident Fund (PF) issue, there has been zero response or ownership from the concerned team. I went above and beyond in following up, hoping for a basic level of professionalism and support, but instead faced complete silence. It’s frustrating to see such disregard when it comes to something as important as an employee’s own hard-earned money being stuck due to internal inaction. This clearly reflects a serious gap in accountability and post-exit employee support. I hope the organization takes this feedback seriously and improves its processes so others don’t have to go through the same experience.
