Pros

None. This is a SCAM

Cons

I’ve been desperate to find a job. Got a job offer, did an interview, and received an offer letter thru this company. I thought it was weird that everything was done online, but with it being a remote position, I ignored my gut instinct. My bank account has now been hacked. To say I’m livid is a vast understatement. SCAM!!!

Pros

It has started with great vision and mission values. But now it is going down due to lack of judgement and they brought new people into organization without proper checks. They are ruining everything.. New Directors they are clueless. Not having strong experience in the field. they are back of reports and reports only.. They are not understanding the ground reality.. They have lot of attitude and ego. If someone crossed their words. That's enough for them, start screwing them from all corners, threating.

Cons

From past few months, new directors who are into organization they are playing with employees, asking them to resign forcefully. Not giving values to anyone. If anyone up their voice, they are overpowering with their authority and saying that you are not capable. Strong question here is how much strong they are in the same field. Does they really know what is all about Leadership role/Director role. Its not just about reports and all. Its about how they can help the team and grow. Driving them towards success. They are driving with Insecurity and treating with scary words. They are not good at delivering the promises, so they are simply pointing the workhorses. There are people who are good at doing their job, new directors are not able to generate enough work. They are not aware of new ways. If someone got hired through references, are they good at delivering the work effectively. Is the Background checks done properly, is everything in place. New people are simply trying to implement the same process which they are practicing in their previous organization. Every company will not have the same practice. They are not comfortable with new process and they want to implement the process which they are comfortable. But it won't work that way, if every company follow the same process of other organizations, why there are differences, there should be new think process and new approached. Blindly following or saying my old organization use to have this, have that. Every Company have their own strategy.. Don't try to copy and implement the same forcefully. It will lead to downfall.
