      Pros

      Amazing people, everyone is really supportive, helpful and so lovely. The work is rewarding and interesting and you get exposure to some analysis techniques you wouldn't otherwise use. Casual environment.

      Cons

      Narrow specialization, isolated from main site so can't really try other major departments eg. pharma, skincare, homecare, agriculture etc. No canteen on site, closest place to by food is coop nearby. Currently have a hiring freeze so sadly the graduate scheme is gone at the moment - hopefully they will bring it back soon.

      Pros

      Genuinely the only company I have ever worked at which actually does what every company says they do about valuing employees and working to develop and keep them.

      Cons

      Conservative and slow to change, lots of internal politics and frequent restructuring makes it hard to make a meaningful impact.
