Pros

This is a team really pushing to succeed and trying every way they can to improve and grow the business. The work is tough and there is a lot to do, but there is a great energy and everyone is typically pulling in the same direction which is always a plus. The international team have the support they need, but are left to do their job too, providing a good balance internationally. The management and leadership team are very supportive. We are given everything we need to do our job and they are always pushing people to grow in their roles. Team lunches are always a nice perk too :)

Cons

The time difference can make things a little bit harder in Europe, but people are generally quite accommodating - hours can sometimes be whacky but that's the nature of the job when you are international.

Pros

You think you are working in a good company with people who genuinely care for you, and want to see you grow, but that isn't the reality. Frankly, every single thing that I assumed was a pro about Crossinstall turned into a con, it's so unfortunate. I always thought the culture was the best part, but it might be the worst. The view is amazing, and some of the employees are genuinely nice people. Especially, the Director of People, who actually does care about the employees.

Cons

My experience at Crossinstall was amazing, till it wasn't. Simply performing, being amicable, encouraging, and working for the better of the company is not what they are looking for. I was told when I was joining that this is the best place to start my career. That I will see growth, and will always have somebody to guide me to my path. My parents would always tell me that till I showed what I can do, nobody would give me what I want. So I worked, added more responsibilities, built resources, talked to my manager (Who never talked to me about it, and when we did have meetings, only expressed how he/she would guide me and help me, but unfortunately, this was a lie), and only felt more encouraged after every meeting, but they all just gave false hopes. It feels like I wasted a prime time of my career life here.

Pros

Amazing office and some solid perks. The engineering team is really invested and works to really be a resource for other teams.

Cons

Unless you're in with the upper management, your voice will get pushed to the side. Poor work/life balance but that seems to be the trend in the bay area.
