12 hour shifts with horrible management
Some supervisors are really down to earth and others are not. Stressful environment and even worse coworkers. Too much work for too little pay.
Workload is not understood by management. Delivery of accurate information to top customers is not valued. B2B environment is not respected. Account management is based on emergency reactions to loss of account not on real customer satisfaction or delivery agreement of contracts.
