      Clean and tidy working environment

      Managing Director's arrogant causes the company to have high turn over rate. Unclear and constantly change of job scope ,work flow and work processes base on his preference. Not give payslip but only payment voucher and no pay EPF and SOCSO for fresh graduate employees and non confirm employees. No staffs benefits and welfare No hospitalization medical welfare Gazette Public Holiday and Annual leave follow as per Labour Law minimum requirement. Management used to write fake review and remove real review on some platform.

      If you can keep up its a fast track to management. New company with lots of opportunity to grow in the industry.

      Cons

      Job description and work load changes constantly according to the owners preferences. Job security is also dependant on the owner. New jobs are created and changes according to the owners preference.

      If you are able to endure you'd probably climb the corporate ladder faster. Small company with less than 20 employees.

      Cons

      Managing Director dictatorship causes the company to have high turn over rate. Unclear and ever changing job scope. Work flow and processes changes constantly.
