      Good work culture with new management in place

      Pros

      With new management in place. - Get to work independently. - Appreciate and respect your work. - Salary dates have changed 5th of every month. - Work only for 5 days. (Get to spend time with family). - May be first consultant company to provide pickup and drop for back office staff. - Work time have changed (very happy) 9:00 AM login and 6:00 PM Logout.

      Too many client and positions to work for, very few people... Need to add people ASAP....

      I worked in IBM 3 years thru Cryptograph and i haven't faced any challenges. Best people joined from Industry and lot of changes happened in process.

      good for 2 Months Project time. get salary and get pampered if you are a Pretty looking girl only.

      Cons

      never believe these people. they are a company but give only temporary staffing on contract for MNC's. there are recruiters who call the job seekers are forced to tell lie to achieve their daily target of giving interview attending headcounts. many of the recruiters were removed on the day without even giving notice period and as well they din pay the arrears. freshers dont get stuck up at this place. none gets the Relieving letter/experience letter. whatever you worked will be a utter waste in such case. you will be told of one salary and you will get other (everyone who has left has not got the arrears). beware.
