Operational team doesn't understand the basic needs of employees. does whatever seems okay to hear with 100% confidence! 3. fake transparency, where company doesn't share any profit loss or revenue margins. will create fake rescission and give hikes only after listening to all your personal & financial commitments. 4. huge politics - even small appreciation is given only to those who the management supports or wants to exult. those who work are not valued. 5. very poor human management and team management skills.

It was a great culture before but recent from the past 4 to 5 years I feel culture of CD is getting worst day by day due to manager and mainly because of the people that manager referring to join CD. Those people forming another group to assasinate the true gold culture of CD. Also nowadays whom we trust, they become the main back stabbers. There's a new strategy this company started that they blaming the employees on their skills due to slight project downs mainly faced by manager's poor skill along with whom they referred to join CD ,that group is literally working together to down CDs growth. Also I still doubt that CD also giving shoulder to all the things happened. I don't recommend this company if the situation still the same.
