      Pros

      Reasonable pay for the area, reasonable health care, ok 401k. The new North America sales team is good.

      Cons

      Too much paperwork, no interest in innovation, the long supply chain makes work really difficult, working with Japan results in shouting matches, promotions are rare, outside of the NA sales team - I worry about the new hires in 2021 - they don't seem trust worthy, been bleeding talent.

      -Good benefits -Good work life balance -Some competent engineers

      Cons

      -May not be around much longer -All your work will be a waste of time that is never used -You could easily be paid more to be elsewhere -Company management is constantly lying or trying to cover its behind both publicly and privately -The CFO speaks inappropriately about women, is very catty, and disrespectful to subordinates -There is a reason there are so few women and so few people of color -The CEO is constantly trying to micromanage everything

      - They have great benefits -Friendly and talented co-workers but turnover can be a disruption -Good pay

      Cons

      -Communication from managers can be better - Hardest working people are not valued. Work less, be available/seen around for chit-chat and you are the best worker and will get a promotion.
