Staff discounts and other benefits

Cons

Long hours on late shift. Constant changes to contract, working hours and bonus scheme to the detriment of staff. Very high staff turnover because of micro managing and earnings not as expected.

Interesting industry, great product, customer focused

Cons

Toxic management from SLT downwards. Bullying and aggressive behaviour permanates from the top, with people willing to do anything to get their bonuses.
