      - Upcoming Company, loads of Great Projects - Good Salary - looks Impressive From Outlook

      Cons

      - Very bad Staff Turnover - Recruitment and Interview told they had long term staff and little staff turnover -Micro Manage projects - Poor communication with new staff. Within 8 weeks of starting, not 1 conversation asking how your settled or any issues etc etc
