Pros

The only good thing about this company is that the food is decent so they stay busy

Cons

Owner and corporate are terrible. Created core values that they don't follow in the slightest. They don't care about their employees but really want to seem like they do.

Hostile Work Environment

Pros

Location on the banks makes it easy to make money off events.

Cons

Management is awful. Several employees, including myself, have talked about coming forward because the way a salary female manager speaks to certain staff members. I feel the desperation to fill management positions left some in charge who lack the requirements to succeed. It's becoming more difficult giving guests an experience I can be proud of because of things that are out of my hands. Most of us who have been there for two years or more agree this is probably the worst it has ever been. There is no leadership and a true lack of professionalism.

Your feedback is very important to us. I would encourage you to discuss with your Director of Operations for your restaurant. It sounds as if there are a number of concerns from multiple individuals. I highly encourage all to express their concerns either to their manager, their DO, or directly to a member of our Executive Team. The concerns will be heard and will be addressed. This is not the culture or work environment we want to see - have the discussion and give CRG a chance to make improvements for your restaurant.

Pros

Good pay, decent hours, guests (are for the most part) really nice and generous people, in a business location, tips are usually pretty nice.

Cons

Management has turned into bullies, no longer a teamwork vibe (even though they constantly preach about it), same people get closing shifts which allows for them to make more money, "veteran" servers can get away with being rude and talking back, favoritism, no one ever takes shifts.
