      Company is trying to change healthcare for good. Friendly staff Fair compensation Great office space Flexible working hours Company is using industry standard tech stack

      Can feel the burnout due to continues feature output and limited time for improvements Due to it's fast growth, a lot of internal process still needs to be optimized.

      Healthcare is a fantastic area to work in, we get regular reports on how our products and services make huge positive differences to people's lives Flexible work environment, with remote working the norm and heavy emphasis on having a positive and helpful culture Weekly company all hands let us know what is going on across the business and how we are progressing on our plans

      Cons

      The company is still growing and learning, because of that it can be full on and challenging, which is not for everybody Fully remote working is not for everybody, there are offices available in Edinburgh and Boston, but these are not options for people that are further away
