      Pros

      The employees and even some management people are easy to get along with and are very friendly. Overtime is reasonable for the most part. Pay is okay but could be better. The work is very easy.

      Cons

      Training just like a lot of other places is very lacking. Benefits could be a lot better. No one is responsible for anything. Attendance is a desire.

      The one and only positive is the 12 our shifts and only working half the year.

      Cons

      Management is poor, if there is a problem and you bring to their attention management will say they are working on the issue. However, nothing will be resolved. HR will state they are looking into the issue and yet the issue continues.

      You want overtime they have it. Want a sign on bonus they have it or at least did.

      Cons

      Management has no clue what they are doing. Company will be run into the ground in no time. All the lay offs lately. Loosing long term employees because they don’t take care of them. Horrible insurance
