      Pros

      Staff are generally really helpful and nice, each site has its pros and cons but overall it's a nice group of people. Company is developing more and more, general management is pretty good apart from the odd one or two.

      Cons

      Not massively organised when it comes to commission. Holiday entitlement could do with a review. Some senior managers need to consider the way they speak to people.
