The company employees, including senior managers are very friendly and approachable. Everyone treats their colleagues with respect, and as an intern, I was also treated in a friendly and supportive manner. The organization provides great opportunities to work and learn. I received this opportunity through a referral, and the company encourages such opportunities for everyone based on their approach, interest, and willingness to learn, This company offers an excellent platform for college students to gain real‑time work exposure in a professional environment. It is a great place to understand how a real working organization functions and to build practical skills.

Cons

The internship time is short, so interns cannot work deeply on projects. Because of this, interns need to be active and ask employees to understand their work and process. Learning depends on talking to others and asking questions. The learning environment is such that guidance is available, but interns are not guided step by step unless they proactively seek help. The opportunity to learn depends largely on the individual approach, curiosity, and willingness to ask questions rather than expecting detailed explanations to be provided automatically.
