Pros

Drive to different customers daily. Have a company vehicle that can be driven all the time and all expenses for it is paid by the employer. The people I work with and my direct management make working there very pleasant.

Cons

The company has been uncertain with service and growth in the most recent months. There are not regular pay increases happening. Have been with the company for 17 years and making about what I should have been 12 years ago.

Very people oriented Like I have never seen a company care about the employees like this one does. The perks are fantastic and I am able to comfortably sustain myself at the current time.

We are always open to feedback and suggestions that can improve our company and make our employees feel better about working with the CES team. We understand there is always room for improvement for our employees and company. That is why we have an open policy that is anonymous and free from retaliation. We believe that our compensation is very competitive, we have an on-going compensation plan that includes merit increases and performance bonuses that many of our employees received in 2024. We also consider the total investment that we make in every employee. Our benefits package is competitive, robust and includes a medical, dental and vision healthcare plan, 401K match, Paid Time Off, Short/Long Term disability (company paid), company paid life insurance and other benefits that are important to our employees.
