      Pros

      There are clear, measurable goals, the work involves a wide range of activities and connects a huge network of people and organizations engaged in restoring the environment. It is incredibly rewarding to be involved in taking care of the environment and to see the improvements that result from our work.

      Cons

      The organization is currently grant-driven and we can't hire as many people as we'd like to. Our Board could be more involved in fundraising.
