      Pros

      - If you are accomplished, committed and driven, you will be given ample opportunities to grow and get promoted. (I see this across all departments) - Reggie is a charismatic CEO. His passion, talent and vision are indisputable. - Wonderful colleagues! Skilled, hard-working, dedicated and fun. - Great emphasis is placed on leadership communication and employee engagement. - A diversified workforce. Cvent takes pride in diversity and equality and it shows. - Social and community initiatives.

      Cons

      - A lot of admin tasks, far more than with any other company I (or any of my friends) have worked for. This often leads to overtime so that I can also meet my core customer commitments. While there is a purpose to all the processes in place, some can be excessive or inefficient. - The number of hours that you work is closely monitored. You will have a lot a over-busy days but never a quiet day. (Whether it is a pros or cons is a matter of opinion, I suppose!) - Too much micromanagement. - Limited benefits compared to other companies I have worked for although they are continually improving.

Don't accept a job offer from these guys

      Pros

None to share, worst place I've ever worked at

      Cons

Low salary, long hours, be prepared to work on any holiday, max 4 days paid sick days, not good workplace for women, HR isn't there to help but to point out how you dress (only comment on females). Read your contract before joining. They usually put a 24 minimum length or you'll have to pay back thousands of pounds. They never paid my last month of pay after giving notice.

      Pros

      Cons

Well below industry standard pay across almost all roles - disingenuous communications at the worst of times among other cons

      Pros

Get to work with some of the brightest minds across multiple disciplines / countries. You are recognised and appreciated for your efforts (everyone is visible). All in all, Cvent is a great company to work for.

      Cons

Tough one to note, as I have not personally experienced any... but be prepared to work hard! You will be rewarded of course for your efforts but a wise person once said "there's no such thing as a free lunch"

      Pros

Friendly colleagues and dynamic environment so no day is the same. Cvent is famous for its culture and it is really thriving, at least when you get to go to the office and feel that atmosphere.

      Cons

Compensation and rewards are not worth stress, pressure and amount of work you do. 50, 60+ hour weeks are not unusual and no overtime is payed.
