Pros

- I got pretty good hikes -The company’s building is really nice - It is located at a really nice location - The Annual Bash is pretty fun

Cons

I joined Cybage in 2020 and I think it depends on team to Team how the atmosphere of the company is but there are some serious issues: - you have to complete 8 hours, 3 days a week. And i would personally never understand this, even though you don’t have any work to do. What’s the point of sitting in the office( Especially on your Desk) for 8 hours. - The company’s tech is really behind. I joined another company in 2025 and I realised the tech Cybage is operating on is really very slow. - You have to connect to your virtual machine through your own laptop as for us folks there were no laptops provided. Not sure if they provide now to new joiners - Alot of office politics and boot licking- also i feel depends on team to team. - Zero manager accountability - No benefits at all.

Micromanagement and Politics

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Hybrid Flexibility: The 3-day in-office week provides a decent balance compared to full-time office requirements

Cons

Micromanagement: There is a significant lack of trust from leadership. Managers tend to oversee minute details of daily tasks. Rigid Time Tracking: The reliance on granular time-tracking software feels excessive for a professional environment. It creates an atmosphere of surveillance that prioritizes "hours logged" over the actual quality of work produce Many managers have been with the company so long that they lack exposure to modern leadership styles. This results in an insular culture defined by heavy micromanagement and a 'client-first, employee-last' mentality. Poor Work-Life Balance: Between the rigid time tracking and the "client-at-all-costs" mentality, there is very little respect for personal time Restrictive 1-Year Bond: New hires are required to sign a one-year bond

Pros

Excellent company… if your career goal is to become an expert in office politics. A perfect place to practice saying “yes” to everything without expecting fairness. Great job security — as long as you stop expecting respect, growth, or balance.

Cons

Employees are not valued. If a manager rejects your request, the entire hierarchy will echo the same response — no independent judgment, just blind agreement. Decisions are political, not logical. I was disappointed to be assigned to one of the worst projects, but later realized the problem is company-wide. The culture is toxic, work-life balance is non-existent, and opportunities for real growth are minimal.
