Ideas and decisions can change throughout the day and you'll need to do a full 180 in needed and still meet previously set deadlines. -Management level doesn't have a clear vision or direction on branding, communication, and marketing, many of the plans and ideas are put forward by junior-level staff even interns. -High employee turnover, each department will lose an employee every 3 months or so, they're always recruiting, and also the reason starting salary is very high.
