Pros

- You can make a career if you are lucky enough to be offered the opportunities. - Some projects/clients are fine, but depending on the country you work in, it will be the same ecosystem as being in a consulting firm. - Being an international company, unless the client requires it, they usually work remotely 100%, but it all depends on several factors.

Cons

- The parent company is in Israel, and the claim that Aliso Viejo is a name is actually a lie; they don't really have a presence there, and their clients are mainly in Europe. - Wages are generally low, especially if you're in countries like Spain, where people practically bend over backwards to customers to make sales, usually at much lower prices than their competitors. - The Israelis have always neglected other teams around the world, and there was no internal collaboration of any kind. They only appeared before serious incidents to act as saviors and take the credit.
