      Good benefit's from the owner Telia. 6 weeks holiday etc. Benify.

      Cons

      Hard to do business very controlled from the top. Unsupportive leaders mainly caring about their own "appearance" and advancement. Will throw you under the bus and not protect their team. Lot's of manager not doing that much.
