      Pros

      Most people who work here have a brief tenure, so you get to meet a lot of new people. Management always has optimistic view that company is "about to really take off."

      Cons

      Company was founded in 2013, but has not really achieved product market fit. Rotating caste of managers and co-workers makes work confusing and difficult to achieve. Contracts for employee stock compensation have historically not been honored. If this company achieves what they want to achieve, it's possible they will have a lawsuit on their hands. Pretty bad work life balance.
