Almost impossible to earn bonus commissions Management is unprofessional and clueless Human Resources is unhelpful Too much work and stress for what little you are paid

Base pay is low Work rolls over into later work shifts due to poor performing employees If you're a hard worker, expect to carry the team El Paso Counterpart is not producing revenue for the company, their labor percentage is god awful Job advancement is very limited
