      - Salary below normal and no salary increase. - When it is in a project (usually bad), there is no exchange possibility (if they do not have anyone to put in your place)

      Pros

      The managers really try to do their best for the employee, great opening with them. The company culture is growing, with a lot of inside and outside events. Different technologies to work and learn

      Cons

      It's an outsourcing company, so sometimes you are stuck at a bad project (with no good practices). The salary is lower than the average. The career plan is not very clear.
