Pros

If you don’t want to have to work very hard or deliver any impact. CEO is good

Cons

Stuck in ways. Below market pay. Old school management that fail to inspire. Run a dictatorial regime with the facade of taking other people’s opinion into account.

Pros

The bank has a good image internationally and the risk appetite in Singapore is good.

Cons

There are very few inspiring people to learn from. Navigating the inefficient and bureaucratic management means real change is impossible to implement. Lots of life time employees who are very happy with the way things are, even if there are obvious issues.
