Partners, management, and employees are generally smart, nice, and good people.
Cons
The usual pains of working for a small company - continually developing policies and procedures, not much diversity, and paltry benefits (e.g. only 10 PTO days for first few years, cover employee medical but not family, no 401k plan until employed 1+ years, and then with no match)
- Culture is prioritized and employees are valued/compensated well - Ability to think outside the box and heavily contribute to discussions of all levels - The work is always interesting
Cons
None that I can think of. You will be busy -- so be ready to work hard
