-The new management (upper level) within the past few years have impacted this company negatively. There is a lack of appreciation regarding employees who are not on the boss's "favorite list".
-Since this dealership was taken over by Lithia, pay-cuts have happened multiple times (which would be understandable if the company is lacking in certain areas, underperforming, etc...) Unfortunately, it seems as though these employee pay plan deductions are merely out of greed.
-This company had some of the country's top (not an exaggeration) professionals in certain departments, and instead of giving them a raise for their performance- they slashed the pay or kept it the same (which was already too low.)
-Employee's are made promises that are not kept, in regards to basic needs like uniforms (somehow too expensive for a huge corporation?), new technology when it is desperately needed..
-Pay is too heavily reliant on CSI rather than F&I and the CSI standards are not even personalized to the employee who is being rated. The survey's sent out include queries about things around the dealership like cleanliness for example. Cleanliness should be affecting the dealership as a WHOLE- not one employee who does not even have a job description to clean the place.
-If you are hired or promoted- you better be observant of your co-workers because in certain departments training is almost nonexistent. They will throw you to the wolves.
-When issues are confronted by management, employees are talked down to, given no real plan of action and nothing changes.
-The GM seems to enjoy threatening to "fire everyone" when business matters are not to his liking- and he always reminds employees that people are replaceable (Obviously, this is true. But is it necessary to vocalize that instead of promote positivity and encourage dialogue to help us succeed?)
