      Poor wages compared to other dealerships. Work hard for little result. Management treat the hardworking mechanics poorly.

      Pros

      Probably the best place I’ve worked with fair pay and management who did everything to help you and the company grow. I can’t speak highly enough about DCH.

      Offsite parking wasn’t great but a shuttle was provided at least.
