Not enough room to list everything. Kurken is a horrible, extremely unethical person. He talks to his employees like dirt, and commands like animals. He lied about 90% of everything he told me in the interview. I was told the person I was replacing had been in the position 7-8 years and was leaving because they were terminally ill. After starting the job, I found that they never had anybody terminally ill, and the person before me left after only about 1-2 weeks because he could not stand Kurken and his abusive ways. And, the person before him left after only about a 1-2 months for the same reasons. This animal manages with fear. He yells at all employees and even pounds his fists on his desk while yelling like a little child. This cold-hearted person does a lot of illegal activities, especially in payroll. These are not opinions, but facts based on observations and going through what I needed to in order to learn my job. Stay away!!!!!!!!!! I have seen the fear in the faces of employees who have been with the company for a while. It is scary and an environment that nobody should ever have to deal with. Kurken has no place in today's business world. In all my career, I have never dealt with anybody like him. It was truly like a bad episode of the Twilight Zone. If you don't believe me, go ahead and take a job with this guy and see for yourself.
