Flexible hours, diverse and inclusive tram, options for overtime, supportive team, sales commission, flexible with holiday days and work life balance, in depth training, not a pushy sales environment over all a very positive place to work.

Cons

Downtime when there are no customers in the store but we always have time to do extra training.
