Pros

90% of the people, the real grafters Nice projects to build Free parking Good place to start and learn basics and what not to do but not to build a carer,

Cons

Culture of bullying and intimidation High turnover of staff Highest directors in chatge are verbally abusive often Head of sales is incompetent and uses others for her mistakes to be buried. Has lost a lot of people their jobs from losing accounts by running it poorly and treating the team badly. Discriminates against age and colour. Long hours expected for no pay Pay rises inconsistent and based on favouritism instead of merit. No perks Lacks real leadership Run down site, horrible place to work, no nice break rooms. Don’t listen to their staff Cover for errors for some but throw others under bus Mates of directors get away with anything

Pros

There are absolutely none at all

Cons

- no respect for work and life balance - inexperienced manager and inexperienced team - you will hear the manager shouting find your own cover and copy me in when you're going on annual leave. - Pay is pretty average for a stressful role and no commission incentives. - The company prides itself with being forward thinking but I'm not sure where the evidence for that is exactly. - expect no feedback, no 1 to 1's and then be shown the door. - Overall environment suggests no one is really valued and it shows. - Doesn't seem like people progress and talent is not recognised. - You will also see the same recycled roles going up every 6 months and that suggests a high turn over of staff.

Pros

Nothing notable to write here

Cons

- Lack of management / no management - Favouritism amongst staff - Poor operations in the factories - Staff allowed to do what they want if they've been there for years (including not work on projects if they dont want to) - Management complaining openly about upper management - Under performers allowed to continue working without being pulled up, no matter the cost to the business. - Unpleasant environment to work in day to day.
