      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoy the work environment here. Everyone works together as a team and has the companies goals in mind. That type of environment is something I've always wanted in a job. The management is very 1 on 1 and wants people to be promoted quickly. All in all I very much enjoy my position here and would recommend it to anyone wanting an opportunity to grow within a company but at the same point be challenged along the way.

      Cons

      The only con for me is the location of the office. It is very centrally located in Rosemont but I live in Gurnee so its a commute for me. The pros far outweigh the con of commuting for me and the pay is worth the drive.

      Pros

      Great team atmosphere. Lots of room to grow within company. Don't have to go door to door. Coworkers want you to succeed.

      Cons

      Must work hard and very competitive. Must be able to give 100 per cent every day. But, the payoff is well worth it.
