      Great company, shame about progression opportunity

      Pros

      interesting products, great people, loads of responsibility at junior positions. Some of the products are very innovative and have huge potential. loads of product launches constantly happening.

      Cons

      not good progression - extremely few promotions, they tend to hire in rather than promote and the organisation is quite flat in terms of management levels so progression is very hard. They tend to pay below industry averages
