      You get given a beanie and gloves

      Cons

      Not much promotion from within and a them and us atmosphere with office staff. Some don't even speak to production staff

      Pros

      At one time DLF was a wonderful company to work for. The people were great and management was helpful & dedicated.

      Cons

      After company changes including management, company culture & employee experience suffered negatively. Management and therefor the company no longer followed the value system they once had in place.
