Pros

You get paid every two weeks and you get great discounts on company products.

Cons

There is a inherent lack of clear strategic direction for the company overall. Middle management is afraid of making the appropriate decisions to move the business forward. There has been a number of rounds of layoffs in all areas of the company. New people have been hired and some even left shortly after joining the company due to a lack of clear responsibilities.
