      Working for DOMA

      Pros

      DOMA is easily the best job I’ve ever had. There are so many pros to this job I can’t begin to list them all. Sure every place has its ups and downs but in my opinion the ups outweigh the downs by far. It can be a little stressful at time because it’s production based but other than that I have no complaints.

      Cons

      I really can’t think of any cons to working at DOMA besides their insurance being expensive.

      Pros

      Simply put, working at DOMA is amazing. The company is growing but the leadership team is dedicated to keeping the awesome culture they've built. As you can probably tell from other reviews, the office is cool. There are games that we can play during break times, lounge areas for relaxing or meetings, and a mini store in case you need a snack or forgot your lunch. There are events and activities to make sure we all stay connected. But the most important part of the DOMA culture is the way they treat us as employees. The leadership team keeps us in the loop on changes and the investments they are making in the company and the employees to support our growth. From day one, I have been encouraged to make changes to improve processes and make things even better. I'm never afraid to speak up and my opinions are always heard and respected. They encourage work/life balance and we're using a hybrid work schedule. If you want to work somewhere that values you and the work that you do, I can't recommend DOMA enough.
