      Pros

      Great people that are innovative, ethical and energetic. Really nice product and super to be part of a company that really looks after its customers and listens to what they need.

      Cons

      As with any small company, you have to wear many hats, but thats part of the challenge that keeps it interesting and means that everyone has the ability to make a difference.
