RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at DPR Construction full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
The people and company culture - family environment with a big company network. I am given a lot of rope and responsibility, which is challenging & fostering my growth. Even during a global pandemic I've always felt safe in my role to provide for my family here.
Cons
Every bigger company has people that come & go. What power they're given should be managed closer to not impact the greater group & those still growing in their careers.
Pros
Benefits are pretty good and work/life relationship is very fair.
Cons
There is no structure to the company.
