Pros
You make decent commission when they aren’t changing the comp plan
Cons
-No training (just listening to calls for 8+ hours a day for two weeks) - Managment does not listen to employees whatsoever - A lot of ways they cheat you out of hitting your required percentages. They know there are issues and they tell you it’s not a big deal - Once you’re locked into a schedule it’s hard to get out of it. Plan on working 1-10 for 6 months with no managers present. Required to work weekends -Not able to leave your desk, bathroom use is counted as your breaks
