- Everyone who works for the organisation is extremely passionate about transforming young people's lives irrespective of their job role which creates a very driven and genuine atmosphere to work in. - You are given the freedom and support to bring to life your own ideas. - The organisation truly lives by its playbook and one of the values is 'future focussed' which definitely represents the cool and innovative ways they try to work with young people that are different to other organisations in the same space. - They make decisions with young people at the heart of their thinking.
Cons
- Due to the national nature of the organisation it can sometimes be difficult to ensure that there is enough crossover over all the regions and the central team. - The third sector is chronically under-funded and salaries are as much as can be which isn't huge.
